How the Program runs

Week one is the full audit, the long version of the free one, and a 30-minute call to walk through it. From then on the Search specialist, the Answer specialist, and the Agent Readiness specialist work through what it found. The Writer drafts the articles, and the Voice Editor and the Fact Editor check each piece before it reaches you. Technical fixes go live after our review. Anything that changes what your site says waits for your approval.

How approval works

Drafts reach you in a queue you can clear from your phone. Approve, send back, or ask a question. Nothing that changes what your site says goes live without your yes.

If you have your own web team

The program can deliver the same work as ready-to-publish output for your team to ship. Tell us on the first call.

Your rate holds while you stay

Your rate stays at the price you signed up at for as long as your subscription runs without a gap. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.

Cancellation and refunds

The Program renews each month until you cancel. Cancel any time before your next payment by emailing [email protected]. Months already paid are not refunded.

What does the Shortlist Program cost?
$1,000 a month.
What do I get each month?
Up to 8 articles, up to 30 fixes to your existing pages, AI answers tracked on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, index checks, a report every Monday, and a monthly before-and-after. Unused articles or fixes do not carry over.
What does the spot count mean?
We take 10 clients at this price. The count shows how many places are left.
Will my price go up?
Not while you stay subscribed. If you cancel and come back later, the price at that time applies.
Is there a minimum term?
No. The Program is monthly. Cancel any time.
Can I get a refund?
Months already paid are not refunded. Cancel before your next payment and you are not charged again.
How do I start?
Start with the free audit, or choose Get started and tell us about your firm. If the Program fits, we send a payment link. Stripe takes the payment, and we never see or store your full card details.
Why is the audit free?
Our specialists do most of the work from public information, so it costs us little to run. It also shows you what we would fix before you pay anything.
We have our own web team.
Good. The free audit gives them a list to start on. If you want the output without the execution, the Program can deliver the articles, the page fixes, and the technical changes as ready-to-publish work for your team to ship. Same work, your hands on the publish button.
Can you promise we will rank or be recommended?
No. Search engines and AI systems change without notice. What we promise is the work, delivered on schedule, approved by you wherever it changes what your site says, with the numbers from your own analytics every month.
What is the Strategic Retainer?
Our founder's judgment on strategy and priorities, for firms with their own team to do the work. The fee is agreed in writing, with a three-month minimum.
