Terms
Krystal Labs, LLC dba Credoble. Last updated October 30, 2026.
1. Acceptance and who we are
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of credoble.com and any related pages, forms, checkout links, and communications we operate (the "Site"). The Site is operated by Krystal Labs, LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as Credoble ("Credoble," "we," "us," or "our"), with a mailing address at 2442 NW Market St, PMB 985, Seattle, WA 98107.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you use the Site on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for businesses and business professionals. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
2. Our services
Credoble helps established businesses become findable in search, visible to AI assistants, and usable by AI agents. Our services are the free audit, the Shortlist Program, and the Strategic Retainer, as described on the Site (the "Services").
The free audit is requested through the form on the Site. The Shortlist Program is bought through a payment link we send you and is governed by these Terms. The Strategic Retainer is provided only under a separate written agreement signed by you and Krystal Labs, LLC (a "Client Agreement"), which sets its fee.
If these Terms conflict with a Client Agreement, the Client Agreement controls for that engagement. Descriptions, examples, and prices shown on the Site may change without notice. The price you pay is the price on the payment link when you pay.
3. The free audit and the Shortlist Program
The free audit. You can request one free audit per website every 30 days by giving us your name, your work email, and the website. By requesting it, you confirm you work for the business that owns that website or are authorized to request an audit of it. Our AI agents produce the audit from public information only. We send it to the email address you gave, usually within one business day. We may decline a request, for example when the email address does not match the website.
Buying the Shortlist Program. We send a payment link after we confirm the Program fits your business. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. The Program is billed monthly.
Cancellation and refunds. The Program renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time before the next payment by emailing [email protected]. Months already paid are not refunded.
Price lock. Your rate stays at the price you signed up at for as long as your subscription continues without a gap. If you cancel and come back, the current price applies.
What the Program includes. Each month includes up to 8 articles and up to 30 fixes to existing pages, AI answers tracked on ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and Perplexity, index checks, agent readiness work, a report every Monday, and a monthly before-and-after, as described on the Site. Unused articles or fixes do not carry over.
Approval. Technical fixes are applied after our review. Anything that changes what your website says, including copy, new pages, and claims about your business, is published only after you approve it.
Agent task test. You agree that, once a month while this agreement is in force, Credoble may run an automated test on the website named in this agreement. The test is a page reader that visits your website the way a visitor following links does, to see whether an AI agent could get from your home page to a quote or contact form. It requests pages and follows links on your own website only, and makes a small number of requests each time.
The test only reads. It does not run your site's scripts, does not type anything into your site, never fills in or submits a form, never presses a send, buy, book, sign-up or similar button, never logs in or creates an account, and never visits an address that would change something, such as a log out, delete, cancel, order or checkout link. It sends nothing to your site except ordinary page requests.
We record whether the task passed, failed or did not apply, and which pages were visited, without any values that follow a question mark in an address. You can withdraw this consent at any time by telling us in writing, and the test stops from the next month. If you withdraw, the rest of the service is unchanged except that we can no longer report whether an agent can reach a form on your site.
Strategic Retainer. The fee is agreed in writing. The Strategic Retainer has a three-month minimum term, then continues monthly. We take on five Strategic Retainer clients at a time.
Results. The audit and the Program report what we find and do the work described. Neither is a promise of any ranking, recommendation, traffic, or revenue. Section 6 applies.
4. Using the Site
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your internal business purposes, including learning about the Services, requesting the free audit, and contacting us.
You agree not to:
- use the Site in violation of any law or regulation;
- submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through any form or checkout;
- access, scrape, crawl, or copy the Site's content in bulk by automated means, except for standard search engine and AI assistant indexing that respects our robots.txt and similar directives, and except for AI agents using the actions the Site exposes to them for their intended purpose;
- use Site content to train, fine-tune, or build a competing product or methodology;
- probe, scan, or test the Site's security, or interfere with its operation, including by introducing malware or excessive load;
- frame, mirror, or impersonate the Site or Credoble.
When you submit a contact, booking, or checkout form, you agree the information is accurate and that we may use it to respond to you as described in our Privacy Policy. Booking a call through Cal.com, our scheduling tool, is also subject to Cal.com's terms.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and everything on it, including text, graphics, logos, the Credoble name, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and code, belong to Krystal Labs, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. You may view and print Site pages for your own internal reference. Any other copying, distribution, or derivative use requires our prior written permission.
"Credoble" and our logos are trademarks of Krystal Labs, LLC. You may not use them without our written permission, except to refer to us accurately.
Information you send us through the Site stays yours. You grant us a license to use it to respond to you, deliver what you bought, evaluate a potential engagement, and operate our business as described in the Privacy Policy. Your audit report is yours to use inside your business. Ownership of deliverables produced under a Client Agreement is governed by that agreement.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Site or Services, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you.
6. AI platforms, third parties, and no guaranteed outcomes
Our work concerns how third-party search engines, AI assistants, answer engines, and AI agents (for example, Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot) find, describe, and interact with businesses. We do not own, control, or have any affiliation with those platforms, and none of them endorses Credoble. Their names are trademarks of their respective owners and appear on the Site for identification only.
Those platforms change their models, data sources, and behavior often and without notice, and their outputs vary from one query and user to the next. For that reason:
- we do not guarantee that any search engine, AI assistant, or agent will recommend, rank, cite, mention, or book any business;
- any visibility snapshot, benchmark, example, or result shown on the Site or in an audit reflects conditions at a specific time and does not predict future results;
- case examples on the Site describe past work and are not a promise of similar results for you.
What we promise is the work: delivered as described, and, in the Shortlist Program, approved by you before it is published.
The Site may link to or embed third-party websites and tools, including payment, scheduling, form, and analytics providers. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification
No professional advice. Content on the Site is general information about marketing, search, AI visibility, and technology. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, or regulatory advice, and it is not tailored to your business until you buy an audit or we sign a Client Agreement.
Disclaimer of warranties. THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
Limitation of liability. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRYSTAL LABS, LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO A SHORTLIST AUDIT BOUGHT ON THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT AUDIT. Liability for Services under a Client Agreement is governed only by that agreement.
Indemnification. You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Krystal Labs, LLC and its members, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or information you submit that infringes or violates the rights of others.
8. Governing law, disputes, and general terms
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
Venue. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction.
Changes. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site and changing the "Last updated" date. Changes apply from posting. Continued use of the Site after that means you accept the updated Terms. The Terms in force when you paid apply to anything you have already bought.
General. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any Client Agreement or audit agreement are the entire agreement between us about the Site.
